Southern Cross Educational Enterprises Limited of 8-12 Business Drive, Narangba Qld 4504 has lodged an application with the Non-State Schools Accreditation Board for accreditation and government funding of Years Prep to 12 of co-educational primary and secondary education at the Redwood College, 6 Gleeson Road, Burpengary Qld 4505 and founded on the educational philosophy and Christian traditions supported by Southern Cross Educational Enterprises Limiteds Board. The enrolment catchment area relevant to the application is a geographical area generally including the centres and suburbs of Burpengary, Caboolture South, Morayfield and Narangba. The school will also offer distance education. Anyone may inspect the application and accompanying documents at the registered office of the applicant Southern Cross Educational Enterprises Limited at 8-12 Business Drive, Narangba Qld 4504 or at the Non-State Schools Accreditation Board Secretariat, Floor 8, Education House, 30 Mary Street, Brisbane. Copies of the application may be obtained from the applicant at the above location. Copies of any accompanying documents will not be provided. Anyone may make a submission about the application to the Non- State Schools Accreditation Board, PO Box 15347, City East Qld 4002. A properly made submission is one that is written, is signed by or for each person making the submission, states the name and address of each signatory, and is lodged within 35 days from the date of this notice. Submissions may address only the criteria for eligibility for government funding stated in sections 85 and 86 of the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2001.
